Registration

• School Conference Registration – $275.00
  1 attendee to the 2025 MASFSA Conference
  (includes meet & greet, group hospitality suite, meals and entertainment) Choose add a guest for the discounted rate of $150 for each additional school attendee.
• Sponsorship #1 PLATINUM-Inlcudes 2 conference attendees – $2,250.00
  ($1500 for Platinum Sponsorship & $750 for up to 2 Vendor Conference attendees)
  
  Platinum Sponsorship includes the largest company logo, the name on the conference
  Platinum banner, and a full slide display of their logo on the PowerPoint intermission during the conference.
  
  In addition, Platinum Sponsors receive credit as a Monday evening event sponsor along
  with a promotional insert included in the conference booklet. Platinum Sponsors receive
  first choice of booth location at the conference a one minute opportunity to share name, company and booth location and their logo displayed on the website for the year.
• Sponsorship #2 GOLD-Includes 1 conference attendee – $1,750.00
  ($1000 for Gold Sponsorship & $750 for Vendor Conference attendee)
  
  Gold Sponsorship includes a large company logo on the conference Gold Banner, along
  with their logo displayed with other Gold Sponsors on the PowerPoint intermission
  during the conference. In addition, Gold Sponsors will receive credit as lunch sponsors
  on both Monday and Tuesday. Gold Sponsors will also receive 2nd choice of booth location. A 1 minute opportunity to share name, company, and booth location and their logo displayed in the conference booklet and on the website for the year.
• Sponsorship#3 SILVER-Includes 1 conference attendee – $1,250.00
  ($500 for Silver Sponsorship & $750 for Vendor Conference attendee)
  
  Silver Sponsorship includes the company name on the conference Silver banner, as well
  as their name listed on the PowerPoint intermission that will be displayed during the
  conference. In addition, Silver Sponsors will receive credit as break sponsors on both
  Monday and Tuesday. They will also receive 3rd choice of booth location and their company name displayed in the conference booklet, on the banner, and on the website.
• Vendor Hospitality Sponsorship – $500.00
  Looking to get your name out there and help sponsor with MASFSA with a lower cost? We are offering 3 vendors the chance to sponsor our hospitality area refreshments/snacks for Monday & Tuesday. You will get your name and logo on a sign displayed in the room and an announcement each day at the conference.
